Pellet Fuel
This is a totally enviroment friendly fuel .Pellet has constant density and low humidity due to its production process and it is easily transported and stored.
Making and producing of pellet does not require felling of trees.
For its production process are used residues of timber processing, furniture industry etc. While burning emits no dangerous gases to the environment and in the production process are not being used chemicals.
2kg pellet equivalent to approximately 1L of oil . The difference in heating costs compared with oil approaches 40 to 50% (1kg pellet = 5KW / h and caloric efficiency 4.200 kg / h.
Applications
The boilers of pellet / biomass can be used for central heating homes, buildings, industries, schools, etc.
Advantages of Pellet boilers :
Large volume combustion chamber
Robust construction
Large heated surface
High-efficiency combustion
Large door
Easy maintenance, quick cleaning
Long life
Saving Money
Pellet boilers are very economical to use and easy to install. The combustible material (pellet) is stored in a tank (silo) and driven into the combustion chamber automatically by means of a cochlea which promotes the amount needed to yield the desired temperature. Burning of pellet is done with the help of a modern pellet boiler, which heats the water in the boiler through a pipe and release it in the radiators.
